As reported at cnn.com, if your child has attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), it’s not because he or she played too many video games, logged multiple hours of TV viewing, or ate the wrong kinds of foods. In fact, researchers think the cause of ADHD is largely genetic. But it is tempting to look for dietary factors that could be making symptoms worse…
I’m glad at least part of the medical establishment is finally investigating the link between food allergies and ADHD. I have been successfully treating ADHD by desensitizing allergies for years now. I’ve found that over 90% of children with ADHD symptoms have multiple allergies. These allergies are usually a combination of:
- Ingestants
- Inhalants
- Contactants
- Injectants
Ingestants which include food additives are the most common. Many parents miss these allergies as the cause of ADHD because they usually dont present with the classic allergy symptoms such as runny nose, sneezing, rash, etc but rather as ADHD, fatique or confusion.
Using simple, non-invasive techniques we clears the root causes of the allergies from the body. Its almost miraculous when the allergies are cleared from the body, how quickly the ADHD symptoms go away.
Over the years, I’ve helped many family members as well as dozens of patients get off of ADHD prescription drugs for good and lead a normal productive life after their multiple allergies are cleared. Most of whom were completely aware there was a direct conection between allergies and ADHD but just avoiding the suspected foods will not work because many times the foods being avoided are important sources of nutrition and vital for opptimal health.
I’ve also seen some people who are so sensetive that there is only a few foods they can eat without causing the unwanted symptoms. The best answer to treating allergies is to desensitize the body to the allergen. When properly done, clearing the allergies cures ADHD symptoms and causes a stronger immune system which leads to better health and wellness.
