Emotional stress can be the cause of almost any and every disorder, imbalance or symptom. Many people have stress that is causing their symptoms and don’t even know their stressed! Subconscious stress is the main factor in most cases as conscious stress can be recognized easier. In my practice I often find that patients when asked how their stress levels have been will say “I don’t get stressed out”but when examined, emotion is often one of the root causes of their physical complaint. Its almost comical how some people, including even some health care providers will tell people who are emotionally stressed to “just relax” or “don’t let that get to you”. Then there is the other answer that’s just as helpful… “take these prescription drugs “. The real answer is of course to confront and treat the real problem. Subconscious emotional stress is best dealt with using techniques that are developed specifically for dealing with the subconscious mind or the autonomic nervous system. I’ve found that Neuro Emotional Technique(NET) and Neuro Modulation Technique(NMT) are excellent tools for eradicating neuro-emotional components.
